Suzuki Motor Gujarat Pvt. Ltd (SMG), is one of the subsidiaries of renowned brand Suzuki Motor Corporation-Japan for the production of automobiles in India. SMG has come up with State of Art car manufacturing facility near Mehsana (North Gujarat) with a plan to manufacture over 7.5 lakh vehicles per annum which will further scale up the capacity by adding more number of manufacturing units. Suzuki Motor Gujarat will continuously meet the automobile market demand in India, which is estimated to grow further, and also encourage exportation to the global market, thus contributing to the “Make in India” initiative promoted by the Government of India
